She handles the full customer flow: detecting emergencies, verifying ZIP code coverage, collecting info, and confirming appointments automatically so owners never miss a job.
The product ships with a live merchant dashboard, English/Chinese bilingual support, and emergency-flagging. Built end-to-end: conversation design, backend logic, deployment. Annie reflects the same operating instinct I bring to executive work — systematic, reliable, always running.
